Facing Your Problems

Do you have problems in your life or challenges? You see how we see something and the words we use can make a huge difference. If we see something as a problem we feel negative, however if we see something as a challenge was are more likely to try and find solutions.

Here are few approaches people take when faced with "problems"

1.) They Run away from the problem
2.) They Hide from the problem
3.) They make themselves believe they failed
4.) They stop dreaming of ever reaching their goals
5.) It takes times before they think of solutions - sometimes too much time!

Problems can be destructive if you don't see them as challenges, as you won't look for solutions

If you view a problems as a problem you're in the 95% club - you view things in the wrong manner...

Again it's about looking at the language that you use - a problem is negative and will make us think in a negative way. However if we choose to see it as a challenge we are more likely to be energised into finding a solution.

One thing I can assure you is that problems will not go away you have to face your problems. No matter if you run away or hide from them now, they will re-surface and come back to haunt you.

Here's a tip - Look at every problem as a way to grow and learn. Remember if you're not thinking about a solution, then you're thinking about the problem.
