What is Online Coaching?

Online Coaching is Coaching conducted via the Internet

I've found that people respond very well to online coaching. We do coaching via the internet, this could be through messenger chats, skype voice calls or email. It is set at a time that suits you regardless of your time zone. This reduces the travel time for you and eases the stress that you may experience of finding the time to hire a coach.

Another consideration is price. By using the technology I am able to reduce prices down to $30 for a one hour coaching session, or $30 for 3 email sessions.

How does online coaching work?

We arrange to either coach thru email or via the phone. We set an agenda and a weekly time that suits you and then we start.

The great advantage is that when we do online skype coaching I can record the session and email it to you so you can replay it when you need more motivation or focus. Unlike many coaching sessions which once over are gone and you may not remember what was said, what you had to do etc.

Email coaching brings this to a deeper level. You have time to reflect between each reply and also have a record. I have found that sometimes clients don't have time to relfect fully when they do face to face or phone coaching so email coaching allows you the time you need. Also it is more flexible to your schedule.
